Welcome back! I hope that your children will utilize our school library media center. Our mission is to ensure that students are effective users of ideas and information in the development of lifelong learning. Our instructional program seeks to integrate information skills into the classroom curriculum and provide a variety of materials to meet the needs and abilities of students. We promote a love a reading and we encourage partnerships among teachers, students, and parents.

Exclusive online resouces are available for Martin Luther King, Jr. middle school students. To find out how you can be "in the know", contact Ms. Johnson at Cheryl_M_Johnson@mcpsmd.org or visit her in the Media Center.
Students may also access Montgomery County Public Library's (MCPL) online servcies through the MCPL homepage by using the barcode numbers on the back of their individual public libary borrower's card.
